Return Policy

General Information

All orders placed on PrimoResin.com can be returned if they meeting the following requirements:

  • All items must be returned inside 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be unused and the epoxy resin bottles must remain sealed.
  • All items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number given to you by sending us an email to info@primoresin.ca.
  • The customer is responsable for the return shipping cost.
  • All returned items must be shipped with a valid tracking number to complete your refund.
  • A 20% restocking charge will be charged on all non-defective returns.

Note: In case an item is returned due to an internal error, we will assume full responsibility and trade it free of charge.

Holiday Return Extension

Extended Holiday Return Period available until January 31, 2021 for all orders placed between November 15, 2022 and December 24, 2022.

Return Procedure

Prior to returning your order, you must request an RMA number. This identification number will classify your claim and provide all necessary information (e.g.return address, contact information) on how to proceed with the return. Request your RMA by sending an email to info@primoresin.com.

Note: RMA numbers can only be obtained using the methods mentioned above.

Incomplete, Broken & Flawed Kits

If your order is incomplete, damaged or defective, please get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, please do not install the parts! A brand new product will be shipped out to you. The defective product must be returned within the first 30 days.

Cancelling Your Order

We usually ship out orders within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that time frame. However, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible due to our automated fulfillment system. Once your order is dispatched to our warehouse for packing, or if it has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you wish to return your order thereafter you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charges will not be credited. Even though we offer free shipping, we cannot refund the initial cost of sending the order out to you.

Refunds & Credits

Once your RMA has been approved, a refund will be given using the same payment method. Refunds and credits will be applied within 3 to 5 business days. A receipt will be sent to you via email once it is completed.
